Preparing For Your Session

Before our session, write down a list of questions. Your questions can range anywhere from illnesses, personal relationships, a paranormal experience, to what career direction will most benefit you. Take your time in making this list and continue to write whatever comes to mind. Read over your list a few times and if you enjoy meditation, this would be a perfect opportunity. Many times after giving good thought about the questions you ask you'll receive an answer, continue to write down more questions. The more this happens, the better potential results for your session! Here are some examples...

  • I have had athsma since birth. Why? can it be healed?

  • I am in a new love relationship. Is this person the right one for me?

  • I really dislike my job and would like to quit and find a new one. Should I?

  • I have a difficult relationship with my sister. Why is this so and can it be resolved?

  • Many years ago I had something strange happen to me. (This could be a dream, vision, feeling, or experience)

  • What exactly happened, and why?

  • I have a lifelong interest in (name ANY subject) can we explore this in depth?

  • Am I on my right spiritual path?

  • Can I meet my spirit guide or guardian angel?

  • Can I improve my intuitive or psychic abilities?

Please neatly hand write the list or print it out on the computer so that I might easily read your questions during the session. I have had many clients bring a single question or issue of concern to the session, and some who bring dozens. It really does not matter how many you come up with, we review them together.

Setting the intention to having a great session is very important. “I have clear and direct communication with my Higher Self.” Note the tense of this sentence. It’s not “I will have”, its “I have.”

Try to pay attention to your dreams before our appointment. Write them down, they are messages for you and can help me help you in our session.

If you do not already meditate its a good time to start.  At the very least, give yourself daily quiet time to quell your mind chatter or go for a walk.

Please do not consume alcohol or drugs of any kind (besides necessary medication) for 24 hours before your session and if possible, please limit your intake of coffee/caffeine as much as possible the day of your session. Eat well but light. The clearer your mind, the better your session will be. As much as possible, clear your day for the session.

We begin by talking, going over the process, then about you and your life, and your questions. Then you get comfortable and relaxed and we begin the actual hypnotic regression. Afterwards, we go over what was experienced and I make sure you are awake and grounded. I record as much of the session that is appropriate[without the full induction] for you to have and listen to over and over.

This entire process can take anywhere from 4 to 5 hours and occasionally even a little bit longer. Having a regression is very much like participating in a long, very detailed and involved daydream. You really will feel as if you have just returned from an amazing journey, having visited other worlds and lifetimes, and in fact, you will have done just exactly that. It is best to have some time to process your experience and give yourself an opportunity to fully return to your regular conscious day-to-day reality before attempting any complex mental tasks or strenuous physical activity.

Your session is most effective as a private session. Family and friends may not sit in. You are of course more than welcome to share your recording. It is important to understand that you and your 'Higher Self' will be doing the healing. Unlike traditional hypnosis, the practitioner will not be programming you, but rather guiding you. Your 'Higher Self' knows everything to do with your body and will be able to explain and heal appropriately. The appropriate parts of the session will be recorded and unedited as you walk out the door with a flash drive.

BQH Sessions are shorter, determined or driven by a specific issue or concern. Examples to explore could be self worth, phobias, fears, re-occuring dreams, the sense you have something missing, or any specific challenge you want to address and find out why. It helps if you bring in some written/printed notes we can focus on. BHQ will feel like a conversational guided meditation as we explore the origins or root causes. Often directed to a past life which you may experience. Will not be recorded. Quick process of 1-2 hours max.
